These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the choreblr service, including the Riker SMS automation bot and any related home automation tools ("Service"), provided by Choreblr, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service or opting in to SMS messaging, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

choreblr provides home automation tools designed to help household members coordinate everyday tasks. The core Service includes:

• Riker SMS bot: An automated messaging service that sends task reminders, receives simple text commands, and assists with household logistics such as grocery shopping coordination.
• Automation rules: User-configured triggers and schedules that cause Riker to send SMS messages at specified times or in response to defined events.

The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial household use. Use of the Service for commercial bulk messaging, spam, harassment, or any purpose unrelated to personal household coordination is prohibited.

2. SMS Messaging Terms

2a. Opt-In

To receive SMS messages from the Service, you must explicitly opt in. Opt-in may occur by texting a designated keyword (such as JOIN or START) to our SMS number, or by providing your phone number through an authorized enrollment flow where the SMS program is clearly disclosed.

By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Choreblr, LLC related to household task management, reminders, and grocery coordination. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.

2b. Opt-Out (STOP)

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from the Service. After opting out, you will receive a single final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number unless you re-enroll.

2c. HELP

Reply HELP to any message for assistance. You will receive a response with basic program information and contact details. You can also reach us at contact@flopstr.net.

2d. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your configured household automation rules. Typical usage is approximately 1–10 messages per day. You will only receive messages triggered by your automation configuration or by commands you initiate.

2e. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS and data rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to all messages you send to and receive from the Service. choreblr does not charge a separate fee for SMS messages, but you are responsible for any carrier fees.

2f. Supported Carriers

The Service is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier availability is not guaranteed and may change. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by your carrier.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information, including a valid mobile phone number that you are authorized to use.
• Use the Service only for lawful personal household purposes.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or abuse the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Not use the Service to transmit unlawful, harmful, harassing, or objectionable content.
• Keep your account credentials and any API keys confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the CAN-SPAM Act to the extent applicable.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, automation logic, and documentation, are owned by Choreblr, LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, trade names, or other brand features.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT MESSAGES WILL BE DELIVERED WITHOUT DELAY OR ERROR, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

SMS delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions beyond our control. We make no guarantee of timely or successful message delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Choreblr, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, YOU HAVE PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Choreblr, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington State.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The revised Terms take effect on the "Effective Date" shown above. Your continued use of the Service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
